1. Consultation:
Where you meet virtually with one of our coaches to discuss your specific goals, existing health issues & check out our facility to find out if Body Architects is the right place for you!
2. Comprehensive Personal Fitness Assessment:
The importance of a proper fitness assessment cannot be understated as this provides us with much more than simple girth & body-fat measurements, but provides us with a physiological map of where your body is at right now! Assessing strength, flexibility, range-of-motion, cardiovascular & metabolic conditioning allows us to design the best & safest program for you!
3. Program Design:
Based on your personal goals & fitness level, your Body Architect designs a program for you to both challenge your body & mind while keeping you safe & increasing your energy! Reaching your goals has never felt so good!
4. Continuous Eight-Week Re-Assessments:
Marking progress provides two very important components of your health & fitness plan: (i) it provides a clear picture of your progress & (ii) helps keep you motivated by your continued success!

With Private Training, you really get to focus on your personal performance goals. A one on one atmosphere (PRIVATE TRAINING CAN BE DONE VIRTUALLY OR IN- PERSON) optimizes and accelerates results by helping your trainer fine-tune your strengths and also address your weaknesses with a strategy that is designed exactly to you.
Variety
By working with a knowledgeable fitness professional, your workouts will change/evolve as you progress, preventing you from hitting a plateau and boredom.

The Trainer is here to help you get through the challenges of the workout and the obstacles in life. Their greatest goal is your success, both in your personal goals but in making sure the greatest health and well-being of your body and mind are at the forefront of all the training they do with you.

Private Training provides the most personal attention and greatest opportunity to succeed, however, some people may find that Semi-Private Training fits into their budget better and still gives them the attention they need.
Basically, you get everything you see within the Private Training dynamic. You just share it with a friend (or two) or loved one ... and this can have added benefits as well.
SEMI-PRIVATE TRAINING CAN BE DONE VIRTUALLY TOO OR IN-PERSON!

Let’s face it, workouts love company. Sharing the workout enhances the experience for participants.
Motivation
Having someone exercising right beside you can push you a little harder than you might do on your own. Exercising with a buddy or small group can be an accountability system, as well as a great supportive relationship.

GOLF FITNESS TRAINING :
(One on One Sessions)
We are offering golf-specific training sessions for any golfers looking to fix aches and pains, and hit the ball further or more consistently!
Currently, we are able to offer this training through one on one sessions or partner training where we put clients through a golf-specific fitness test that shows us how their body moves and where potential issues may arise.
We are looking for anyone who wants to work on their mobility and strengthening! Individual specific goals are always welcomed! Our goals fo everyone are to give golfers the tools to move better, pain-free and play golf more enjoyably.
All ranges of golfers are welcome from new golfers to seasoned vets!
This training is available year-round also... so you can be your very best!

How much does personal training cost?

$70-$90/ session for Private Training (1 on 1), $55-$65/session for Semi-Private (2-4 participants)
What is the BA ONLINE APP?

Everything from a personalized training program that includes video coaching, to nutrition and lifestyle tips, as well as meal planning and direct feedback from your trainer, all available simply through your smartphone! What an age we live in! The BA Online App is designed specifically for that busy person on the go…. where making it into the physical gym more than once or twice week may be difficult. Is my BA app ONLINE program specific to me?

YES! Totally personalized for every client's specific needs and knowledge base.
Will I have the same trainer?

Yes! Once your schedule and trainer is set, we do our best to keep it consistent throughout your experience. The only exceptions are when your trainer goes on breaks for holidays or continuing education - then we would schedule you with another trainer, so as not to disrupt your flow ;)
Can I train with a friend?

Absolutely! Semi-Private training (2-4 participants) is very popular and cost-effective. We have many friends and couples that train together. LEARN MORE under SEMI-PRIVATE TRAINING ABOVE.
Is BA a gym or private training studio?

We are a private personal training studio. Every new client is matched with a trainer that suits your needs. We strive to keep the environment fun, friendly and welcoming. It’s important for us to stay client focused and not be over-crowded. We do have Group Classes one can take also. Check em out.
I haven’t been working out at all, will I be able to handle your programs?

Of course! Your program is exactly that… yours! We program plan specific to every client, whether you have never worked out before in your life, or you are a world class athlete training for your next Ironman. Our personalized program plan will always be specific to you and strengthen your abilities in ALL areas.
How often should I train with Body Architects?
-
Your frequency of training depends on your goals, budget, and availability but we strongly recommend that you set aside at least two to three times a week to focus on your goals. This doesn’t mean you have to have a one on one session every time. You can attend our group fitness classes or any of our Semi-Private Conditioning classes. You can also access training Online. The key is being consistent and ensuring your goals are important to you. We also recommend that you give yourself three to six months of consistent training to reach your goals. Great things will happen before then, some things will take longer, but within three to six months you will see and feel an improvement in all aspects of your health and fitness. Remember, Rome wasn’t built overnight and neither is a better you!
Why is it mandatory to do a consultation and fitness assessment?

The consultation gives us an opportunity to meet you, allows you to check out our facility, and match you with the most suitable trainer! This is the time we take to get to know you. Understand your needs, goals, and expectations. In the assessment, we will measure your body composition, perform a cardiovascular test, look at your current muscular strength and endurance and assess your posture and range of motion. All of this info goes into assisting you in getting the most out of your Body Architects experience.
What happens if I need to reschedule my appointment?

No problem. Just be sure to call at least 24 hours before your scheduled session or class. This advanced warning is required so that your Personal Trainer can then book another client into your time slot.
What happens if I don’t give 24hrs notice?

Unfortunately, due to high demand on our Personal Trainers' time, if you do not provide 24 hours notice, you will still be charged for the session. Our Trainers spend a lot of time preparing for their clients before the first session so, in all fairness and respect to them, we require advanced notice in order to reschedule. Keep in mind though; this policy is helpful to you, too. Clients are less likely to miss their workouts and regress on their commitment to themselves if they know they still have to pay. This keeps you accountable to yourself and your goals. And consistency is what gets results!
What are your hours?

Our trainers start as early as 5:30 am, and most sessions are completed by 9 pm. Our facility is typically by-appointment, so there may be times throughout the day when the facility is closed due to our trainers being out doing adventurous things!
Do you have a referral program?
